Requirements:

  • You must be able to work from home
  • You must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift
  • Your home office must have DSL or Cable Internet that is hardwired into a modem/router via Ethernet (Dial up, Wireless, or Satellite internet service cannot be used)
  • Must have either an ISP provided modem that allows a third party VOIP, or a personal modem and personal router without restrictions
  • Must be able to wire company hardware directly into router which may not be more than 100 feet from the computer
  • Minimum download speed 10 Mbps
  • Minimum upload speed 5 Mbps
  • Ping less than 100 MS consistently that is dedicated to workstation
  • Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 25 wpm

 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

Schedule details:

Your new hire training will take place Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm EST, mandatory attendance is required.  Once you have completed new hire training, you will take part in a shift bid to determine your schedule.

In addition, based on seasonal fluctuations in volume, there are times throughout the year where overtime is mandated. 

 

REMOTE DETAILS: You will work from home, full-time. It will require a quiet, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet.

 

What Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health

Responsible for answering inbound calls from new and existing customers to place medical supply orders, providing status of orders as well as new order insurance verifications.  Agents will act as a liaison, problem-solving order issues, researching accounts and providing resolutions in a high-volume call center. 

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience preferred
  • Computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Familiarity with call-center phone systems preferred
  • Expert level communication and active listening skills

In this role, you’ll take the lead in addressing customer questions and concerns on all products and services through case resolution pertaining to a variety of issues. You’ll need a strong attention to detail to maintain appropriate records, prepare required reports and update customer accounts. Each case will provide an opportunity to creatively problem solve ways to address customer issues through various tools and systems. Most importantly, your ability to provide effective and timely resolutions will impact the overall customer experience. There may also be instances where you provide customer support as assigned – this may include selling products and services, collecting past due balances, processing credit applications and/or activating services.

You may also be required to:

  • Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after hours inquiries and pre-paid service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer voice & data issues across networks and interdependent network elements while considering network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning and billing.
  • Assist customers with products and services such as but not limited to laptop connect services including air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, configuration of software & applications.
  • Proactively engage T3 support (network and IT) to address & resolve issues.
  • Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan and feature matters.

WFH Requirements:

  • Must have verified internet service with a minimum of 12mb upload speed and 18mb download speed and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). Company will provide equipment (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.)
  •  Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy etc.) and participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.).
  • Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.

  • Be accountable to participate in and follow all organization-wide and WFH-specific published policies (e.g. Code of Conduct, Timekeeping Policy, etc.) as determined by the Company.

The Yelp Customer Success team is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success Representative to provide a 5-star experience to our small business advertisers! As a member of the Customer Success team, you will be committed to supporting, consulting, and retaining our advertisers through pre and post-sale efforts.

Where You Come In:

  • You will help strengthen Yelp’s revenue retention by providing exceptional and timely customer support
  • You will consult and educate Yelp advertisers by answering a high volume of inbound calls, online chats, and emails
  • You will become an expert in Yelp’s advertising solutions and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs – by asking probing questions, conveying the value of Yelp Ads, discussing ROI, and handling objections will be critical to your success
  • You will master and understand our internal policy and procedure to support and be a resource for internal stakeholders
  • You will exhibit strong communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with other Yelp employees across departments
  • You will remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • You will focus on maintaining high quality of work with minimal errors, when it comes to site updates, internal workflows, and procedures
  • You will consistently achieve/exceed monthly expectations and goals

What it Takes to Succeed:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant client facing experience
  • You have experience in account management, customer service, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
  • You have proven Windows OS, and Google Suite proficiency with an aptitude to learn (Salesforce specifically)
  • You have strong and professional  communication (verbal and written)
  • You have a love for local businesses and understand their importance in local economies
  • You have excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track and complete numerous details
  • You have the ability to handle tough conversations with business owners in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
  • You have the ability to strike a balance between consulting and supporting as needed
  • You are willing to receive and implement feedback
  • You have the ability to embrace and thrive in a team environment that will preserve an inclusive environment with an adapting culture

 

What You’ll Get:
