Remote Customer Service Representative Opportunities!

Robert Half has a need for a highly-skilled, articulate Customer Representative to join the growing workforce with this reputable international firm. This Customer Service Representative job is long-term consulting, and located in Cranbury, New Jersey. This role is Remote however must be within the tri-state area

Your responsibilities

– Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

– Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

– Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

– Manage and place incoming telephone calls

-Navigate multiple systems daily

– Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

– Call center experience required

– Microsoft Excel experience

– Proficiency in Microsoft Word

– Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

– Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

– Proficient with diversified computer software and systems

– Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

– Excellent problem-solving skills

– 1+ years of past relevant experience

– success driven attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

– Strong customer service and office administrative skills

– Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
