Additional Job Information:

The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for building and executing email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The specialist serves as the technical subject matter expert on the targeted marketing team. Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities, maintain email calendar schedule, and ultimately execute on the campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email campaigns to support promotions and transactional company initiatives.
Work collaborative cross functionality with content creators, data and technology peers, and analytics, etc.
Perform day-to-day email production activities including email campaign development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Build personalized and dynamic customer emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Stay current with email best practices, strategies, and industry standards and provide recommendations for improvements.
Ensure email compliance and spam regulations are met.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and email design to improve conversion rates

Preferred Experience:

Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, processes, and best practices in email marketing
Minimum 2 years with HTML and CSS for emails and email marketing campaign management
Coding and email development experience for Marketing Automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Manage email campaigns end-to-end: code email, test email, load list, send email, report metrics
Passion for marketing automation and email marketing
Must be a quick learner and should be able to adapt to changing technical and business requirements
