As a Nike Client Results Specialist, you will be a key driver for the agents’ success by developing others and helping them maximize their performance.

The Purpose of Your Role

Client Results Specialists are enthusiastic about Nike’s innovations, technologies, and product lines and are leaders, driving sales and conversion week after week. This role leads sessions several times a week on a variety of topics typically driven by the client, such as sales, call processes, soft skills, product, Nike software and more. Client Results Specialists review and create reports on agent issuance of promo codes, price overrides, sales and monitor for fraudulent activity. Client Results Specialists create videos, graphic images, recorded voice messages and emails to drive excitement with agents. This role meets with the client and with agents regularly.

The Expertise We’re Looking For
- 3 + years’ experience working with customers in a customer service or sales environment
- Proven ability to lead, direct and motivate staff with integrity and ethics in a call center or telecommunications environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid computer literacy and technical aptitude, including proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite programs
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Flexible schedule to conduct sessions at various times and be part of weekend on call rotation
- Ability to lead and/or participate in virtual meetings in a distraction-free environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Some travel may be required

Additional Job Duties:
- Complete Nike Trainer certifications
- Attend Nike Trainer meetings with client on regular basis
- Create product knowledge content within Liveops Nation
- Create agent communications to announce product launches, encourage session attendance and reminders and updates on various Nike processes
- Lead daily Pre-Season sessions on a variety of topics during nesting for all new Nike agents
- Lead Weekly Ongoing Skills live certification sessions multiple times a week utilizing that week’s content provided by the client
- Create and conduct other agent sessions based on business needs
- Monitor and track Nike Now tech tickets that are created by our internal team
- Create reporting on agent issuance of promo codes and price overrides weekly for client
- Analyze client reports to identify overall and agent level patterns, issues and opportunities regarding orders placed by agents
- Monitor reports and orders to spot and research potentially fraudulent activity
- Monitor and report to client bulk orders for client next steps
- Meet with client to discuss patterns and opportunities with promo codes, prices override and sales
- Work on other special projects and tasks as needed
- Create tips for agents on suggestive sales techniques
- Be part of weekend on call rotation to create reports, check on ARAs and address any issues or questions that come up from the client or internal team
