AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced (part-time) Sales Center Support Assistant to join our dynamic Call Center Insurance Team! This position is responsible for monitoring the phones, distributing online leads and providing clerical/administrative support as needed.

**This is a work from home position, but candidates must live within our footprint**

Required Work Schedule: Sundays (9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.); Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.) – 21 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years of excellent desktop computer skills with MS Office (i.e. MS Excel, Word and Outlook).
Ability to work required Work Schedule as noted above.
Property/Casualty license (Preferred, not required)

The primary duties of the Sales Center Support Assistant are:

Handle all aspects of lead distribution and monitoring of lead programs.
Check phone system throughout the day to assure Sales Associates are available and receiving calls.
Prepare monthly reports of department lead activity and phone activity.
Prepare weekly phone reports and lead reports for sales managers.
Work with Manager to revise, maintain all sales process flow.
