Daily Responsibilities:

Pioneering the servicing of new products that will lead the way in evolving American Express’ servicing strategy
Providing extraordinary customer care by responding to questions raised via phone & chat concerning accounts in a fast paced, structured environment
Support Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests
Supporting Customers with transactions and funds inquiries
Troubleshoot customer problems and determine how to resolve those problems
Integrity: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

Banking Experience preferred
Customer service experience (two years+) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and resourcefulness.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, structured, metric driven environment with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred; education benefits available
Positive attitude with the ability to receive feedback well and apply it quickly
Demonstrated dependability/self-motivating skills

Additional Details:

These positions will be located in Sunrise, Florida
