Overview
Working Solutions’ travel reservation contract supports a vertically integrated travel, hospitality, and leisure management group. Independent contractors working in this program will assist customers and travel agents in booking of hotel, air, car rentals and excursions. Contractors will provide customer support via phone, email and/or live chat to help customers book reservations for their vacations. This is a remote independent contractor role.

Schedule:
- Flexible schedule opportunities
- Contractors schedule their hours between 9 am and 8 pm CT Monday through Sunday
- Weekday and weekend options
Compensation:
- Earn up to $16 per productive hour (paid by the minute worked)
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience booking hotels, airfare, transportation, and excursions. Contractors will be expected to know the ins and outs of the resorts, parks, and services offered by client.
- Experience providing a consultative sales approach to close bookings.
- Sales and customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone.
- Friendly tone and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Tech-savvy and avid computer user
Important Information
Technology & Equipment Requirements:
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet connection (no wi-fi)
- Windows 10 operating system (we can only support contractors with computers running Windows 10 as an operating system)
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- USB headset with microphone
