We’re looking for a top performing VIP of Sales who will drive the growth of our business forward while remaining true to our core values and excel in building and cultivating relationships in a highly competitive environment.
The VP of Sales is responsible to substantially grow VIPdesk Connect’s business by identifying, securing, and executing new client partnerships for our virtual customer care solutions. We are a leading provider of virtual customer solutions for premium brands and have repeatedly been featured in the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in America, and we intend to continue our successful path forward.
Position Summary:
Our objective is to expand our team with a top performing Sales Executive who will drive the growth of our business forward while remaining true to our core values. We are looking for a high-quality, self-motivated go-getter who excels in building and cultivating relationships in a highly competitive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Meet revenue and profitability targets by acquiring new customers to drive growth
- Provide consultative solutions to complex client issues that drive mutually positive business outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating a deep understanding of the client’s business model and drivers, competitive dynamics, customer experience challenges, and offer solutions utilizing effective sales strategies
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of VIPdesk Connect’s solutions, capabilities, and differentiators
- Achieve ambitious sales targets for new opportunities, proposals sent, and revenue closed
- Establish sales-oriented relationships with key senior decision makers in our target industries
- Utilize our CRM platforms to and log all contact information and communication summaries
- Contribute to the overall achievement of companywide goals and VIPdesk’s overall success in a very competitive marketplace
Job Requirements
- 7+ years comparable experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within enterprise sales
- Solid network of existing relationships with insights into current outsourcing needs and market challenges
- Experience in the conception and implementation of lead generation leveraging CRM platforms and other tools
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with demonstrated ability to connect with key business decision makers
- Able to travel up to 20% and can work flexible hours

Qualifications:
- Business and technology savvy, preferably in contact center, customer service, and/or analytics technology
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Motivated and driven to exceed goals with a sense of urgency; possess a disciplined work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff and external clients; ability to work effectively with a team
While this is a work-from-home opportunity, you must currently reside in one of these states to be considered for a position: Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin
Compensation Range: $100,000–$190,000+ (annual base + commission)
